Turnkey Projects
The "turnkey" projects (unlike traditional developments), involve the conclusion of a single and only agreement of parties, made between the client and the consultant. Generally, in the selection of this type of solutions, the technology involved in the project that is intended to be carried out has a decisive influence and will be manifested not only in the intervening technical specifications, but also in the property rights involved in the process. design and, in certain cases, in the training of personnel and in the technical assistance provided by the developer.
Lemons CS has a vast experience in the implementation of projects of these characteristics, managing in full each one of the execution stages, until the tests and final delivery of the finished product.

Prospective Analysis
Foresight is a discipline with a systemic approach that explores the complexity of the present and the past to induce a long-term perspective, whose objective is to anticipate future trends and potentialities and to serve in planning actions that allow the construction of the desired future.
It is a set of approaches and methodologies that identify trends and analyze the forces driving change. It involves building scenarios, designing strategies, and planning courses of action to reduce future uncertainty and arrive at the desired situation.
Foresight possesses a dynamic vision and a systemic approach, basing its methodology on the permanent scanning of the environment and the company, allowing the identification of incipient changes and trends that may affect the organization in its development strategy, based on Precursor Indicators.
We accompany our clients' growth and feel part of that change. Contact us.

Process Analysis
The analysis of the processes of an organization allows to determine the dynamics with which it carries out the Core activities of its business. These activities are based on certain purposes and enduring objectives over time.
The enduring objectives are complex in nature, since their permanent realization involves the development of many programs with their own ends. In themselves, programs can be defined as large sets of specific activities that are developed sequentially and sequentially, according to their particular purposes and that always deliver a product or service to a beneficiary.
A process is a sequence of activities that transform in a coordinated way inputs into products or services with added value for a beneficiary; A well-designed process, with information about what happens and quality controls incorporated throughout it, will produce quality results. The design of the processes refers to the way in which the different factors that lead to the achievement of the results are organized.
In this way, process analysis allows achieving a systemic vision of organizations as the continuous passage of an articulated set of processes, subprocesses and activities, one of which takes the character of dominant and the others of subordinates.
We have a vast experience in this matter, some of the deliverables that usually arise as a result of this type of analysis are:
- Technical feasibility studies.
- Economic feasibility studies.
- Diagram of business process.
- Integration studies.
- Requirements Engineering.
- Basic business principles - Drivers.
- Template of use cases.
- Guide to permeable processes to systematize.
